Induction System Warranty Statement
Heffner Performance, Inc. warrants our induction systems to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever occurs first. This warranty covers only the installed components and it does not cover any other item including but not limited to maintenance or normal wear items. This warranty will be voided if the installed product is altered / tampered in any way. This warranty applies only to the original owner of the vehicle and starts at the date of delivery to the customer. This warranty is not transferable. This warranty does not apply to damage caused by removal, misuse, abuse, incorrect maintenance, modification, racing, or accidents.
In the event of a warranty claim by the warranty owner, the vehicle may need to be delivered to Heffner Performance, Inc. or an authorized dealer at the owner’s expense for inspection before any warranty authorization will be given. Heffner Performance, Inc. reserves the right to repair or replace induction system components after inspection.
Induction Systems for sale by Heffner Performance may not be legal for use on public highways. Federal and some state laws prohibit the modification, rendering inoperable and/or removal of any device / altering design affecting vehicle emission or safety in a vehicle used on public highways. Installation of induction systems from Heffner Performance may void owner’s vehicle warranty coverage, if any is available. Heffner Performance expressly holds harmless any liability for any expense, loss or damage, whether direct, incidental, or consequential.
This warranty supersedes all previously applicable warranties, if any except otherwise provided in writing by Heffner Performance, Inc.
Installed Product Warranty Statement
Heffner Performance, Inc. warrants Heffner Performance manufactured product it has installed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever occurs first. Heffner Performance, Inc. warrants non-installed, Heffner Performance manufactured product(s) to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months. This warranty covers only the component (s) and it does not cover any other item including but not limited to any labor associated with the installation / removal of product, maintenance or normal wear items. This warranty will be voided if the product is altered / tampered in any way. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and starts at the date of delivery to the customer. This warranty is not transferable. This warranty does not apply to damage caused by removal, misuse, abuse, incorrect maintenance, incorrect installation, modification, racing, or accidents.
