Federal and some state laws prohibit the modification, rendering inoperable and/or removal of any device / altering design affecting vehicle emission or safety in a vehicle used on public highways. Installation of induction systems, parts and accessories from Heffner Performance may void owners vehicle warranty coverage, if any is available. Heffner Performance expressly holds harmless any liability for any expense, loss or damage, whether direct, incidental, or consequential.

Returns and Refunds
Please contact us before returning any item.
You may return your purchases to Heffner Performance for exchange /refund, excluding shipping expenses within 14 days of invoice date.
Items returned for refunds may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Heffner Performance will not accept any items that have been installed, modified or damaged in any way.
Software, special /custom orders, computer reprogramming devices / scanners are non returnable unless authorized by Heffner Performance.
Returned items should properly packed, shipping paid, and insured.
Please allow up to 30 days for refunds to be processed.
Transaction currency is U.S. dollars.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, wire transfer, personal checks. Orders paid by check may be subject to delay until funds are cleared. Credit cards will not be processed without prior authorization and address verification.
All consumer information will be kept strictly confidential.
Credit card numbers and customer information are not retained on this site.
Some services / special orders may require a 50% down payment before work is performed. An additional 25% payment at the final stages of completion may also be required.

Transportation of Your Vehicle
Vehicles can arrive or depart from Heffner Performance via customer drop off or we can help arrange shipping of your vehicle with several specialized carriers.
These transporters offer pickup at your home or business with enclosed trailers designed to safely transport your vehicle directly to or from Heffner Performance with a minimum delay. Transporters are fully insured and are carefully selected by Heffner Performance based on their quality of service, support and past experience with us and our customers.
For Overseas Vehicles
Heffner Performance can assist in arranging ocean shipping or air transportation for your vehicle.
Ocean going shipping; $3,000.00 or more plus the cost of insurance.
Air Transport ; $10,000.00 or more plus the cost of insurance.
Personal Transportation to and from Heffner Performance
We will gladly assist with transportation to and from Sarasota International Airport (SRQ) that is conveniently located less than 10 minutes from our facility.
